- As a driver, I find brightly lit signs, flashing signs, or otherwise changing signs to be highly distracting. I am a person with no tickets, no accidents, who has been driving safety for decades.

- Susan -- I truly sympathize with your extreme frustatration with society having to deal with these monsters (not just this particular one) on a continual basis. Crimes of this nature really are, imo, a pretty good argument in favor of the death penalty.

- Psychosis and psychopathy are not the same thing. Psychosis is something schizophrenics tend to have, and is usually at least somewhat treatable with antipsychotic meds. Psychosis generally features at least some degree of inability to properly judge reality (delusions, hallucinations, etc).
